Seminars - We offer seminars during the year covering Woman's
Self-Defense, Child Safety and Bully Prevention, Free Weapons seminars (the
student pays for their weapon but there is no cost to attend.
Charities - We support several charities, with our main focus on the West
Valley Child Crisis Center and Packages From Home (sending needed items to
US soldiers overseas.
Competitions - Students who compete in forms and point sparring
competitions are given guidance and direction, to assist them in protocol,
rules and performance. Look for a additional weekly competition class in the
near future.
Combat Sports - Our head instructor, Bryan Donovan competes in full contact
kick boxing, muay thai, and MMA cage matches.
